Precision Wallcovering & Painting had the opportunity to work on a full home remodel in San Clemente, CA alongside designer Alfredo Lopez. Alfredo’s design voice is stronger and clearer than ever as he crafts thoughtful interiors that bring his clients’ personal history to life in elegant spaces with a thoroughly contemporary perspective–we’re glad he chose us to be part of this project.

Our client wanted to elevate their music room, so we did just that. The chosen material, Bruyere L001-02, from Fromental’s core collection Lumiere, is hand painted entirely on Panama silk panels. This material is bold and dramatic, and blends the abstract and the figurative in its rich and multi-dimensional detail. It is the perfect wallcovering the client was looking to complete the room aesthetic.

For the water closet in the master bedroom, we had the opportunity to work with a wallcovering from Arte Crane. A striking design, the pattern is made up of cranes in flight. These birds are deemed genuine lucky charms in a number of oriental countries. Not only is this design absolutely beautiful, the material is also very tactile–the patterns are embroidered onto cotton and linen fabric.

Majority of your time is spent in the bedroom, so our clients decided they wanted a lovely design to wake up to. They decided to go with Phillip Jeffries, the world’s leader in natural, textured & speciality wallcoverings. This wallcovering is called Lilies 8460 Golden Pond Artisans Guild. The lily pads are paper that were hand torn into lotus shapes, then placed and colored onto natural grounds to create a unique three-dimensional texture. How creative is this piece?

The last room we worked on was the game room bathroom. This was a wonderful, digitally printed mural from Astek. If you have any ideas in mind, we can make it happen. We get many requests from this butterfly wallcovering digital print to beaches, mountains or any custom piece.

Another successful project completed thanks to the interior designer Alfredo Lopez. This full house remodel was a fun and exciting project to complete and we can’t wait for another opportunity.
