Project Overview
Second Phase of this project completed in late 2019 included renovation of the 1st Floor Entry, foyer, bistro, dining rooms, and corridors. This was a cosmetic renovation with all new finishes including, cabinets, countertops, flooring, wall treatments and painting. This was completed partially as night work to minimize disruption to the residents meal times, and access to the dining rooms. Precision is very proud of the work we have completed for the Playa Vista community and all residents of the Sunrise Senior Living Facility.

- Entry Foyer renovation with new chandelier and lighting
- Renovation of resident TV room, with new fireplace, lighting and wall treatments
- Corridor repaint, and wallcovering replacement
- Painting and Wallcovering throughout 1st Floor

Self preformed all painting, wallcovering, demo, carpentry, electrical & drywall.
Subcontracted plumbing, mill work, counter tops, flooring.
