Breathing New Life into a Senior Sanctuary: A Multi-Phase Makeover
Imagine transforming a beloved senior living facility without disrupting the lives of its residents. That’s the challenge we tackled for a longtime client (over 15 years!), and we did it with care and creativity.
We orchestrated a four-phase renovation, acting as the general contractor and leading a team of skilled partners (millwork, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and countertops) to ensure a seamless experience.
Project Details
- Spruced Up Common Areas: Residents can now enjoy refreshed cabinets in the bistro, hair salon, activity room, living room, and nurse stations. We even reconfigured the fireplace in the common living rooms for a cozier feel.
- Memory Care Oasis: The memory care kitchen, serving stations, and corridors received a complete makeover, creating a more functional and inviting space.
- A Fresh Coat: Walls, ceilings, chair rails, doors, and trim donned a crisp new look thanks to Sherwin Williams Paints. “Dover White” trim provided a clean foundation, while carefully chosen wallcoverings added a touch of elegance in some rooms.
- Farewell to Worn Floors: Residents can enjoy a safer and more comfortable environment with brand new carpeting and VCT flooring throughout the facility.
