Project Overview
This unique 5 level parking structure was painted in fall 2024 which included painting of exterior concrete, metal exterior screens, misc sheet metals and interior application of anti-graffiti coating. Challanges included working from boom lifts in close proximity to busy streets, working alongside other trades and sequencing coordination. This prevailing wage project was successfully completed in spring 2025.

- Rainguard anti-graffiti coating at interior CMU
- Sheet Metal throughout: Roof Flashing and coping, stair flashing, elevator shaft flashing, Etc.
