- Renovation of Med Room—Paint and Flooring
- Renovation of Dinning Room: Paint and Flooring
- Renovation of Hallway Office: Paint and Flooring
- Renovation of Lounge: Paint, Flooring, Added electrical outlets, TV wire management.
- Corridor: Removal of legacy electrical components, Paint and Flooring, Installation of signage, recessed fire cabinets and Wallcovering.
